The days and weeks leading up to chemotherapy are stressful enough without adding more to the patients plate.  At Warrior Caps we not only provide the patient with everything they need to have a successful capping experience, but to have a successful chemotherapy experience.  Days can be long, so one thing Lisa enjoyed doing was coloring, so she made sure this was included in the package.  A friend of Lisa's gave her a devotional she read when going through her journey with Leukemia.  Lisa loved the book and now tries to makes sure everyone who crosses her path facing a cancer diagnosis also receives the devotional.  We can't take away the diagnosis, but we try to make the experience as comfortable as we can.
